Sales Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Sales Administrator to join a busy and professional automotive business with multiple sites across Essex.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives as part of a supportive team. This role has the benefit of monthly bonuses based on compliance. Salary is paid are a OTE of £29,000 per annum with a lower basic and extra bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing invoices and processing vehicle documentation
- Bringing vehicles into stock systems
- Preparing and maintaining customer files
- Scanning and organising documents
- Liaising with Sales Consultants and internal departments
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries
- Data processing and general administration duties
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc office tasks as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Previous sales administration experience would be highly advantageous
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Working Hours, Pay & Benefits
- Salary paid as minimum wage, with bonuses on top. OTE of the rest of the team is £29,000 per annum. – this will be the same.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
